Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Scribe but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Pelt was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a old dungeon. She would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Pelt took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up hammer and armor she uses now. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He married young, but lost his spouse to giants. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

History: A powerful slaver made her what she is. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered writing. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day; and wishes to resurrect an old love
