He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: Born in the east to a Ruler, Tûgog learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He worked as a nervous Ruler and found it very stressful. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Ruler.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: Mordai was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.
