History: Solomon hails from a village terrorized by drow. His childhood dream was to be a Detective, but he was a colossal failure. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

He wears a deerstalker hat to hide his balding. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. Some 7 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Paggen never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
