History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the south. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. When she's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, she's doing poetry.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. In her 18th year, her parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Mumpena alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and she desires to right it; and she wants revenge against dire rats

She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Halfling in existence. The war was a terrible time for her, and Eran does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

His white crest is heavily combed to the left. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He hates Dragonborns with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: He was born in a small plains village. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father.
