Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Wiggan has worked very hard to control his curse. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Umpen is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Umpen has worked very hard to control his curse. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
