Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Like her father and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Carter. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Thea fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

After coming to the age of reason, Ûkbûk took it upon himself to study the divine arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Hrathy and her spouse have recently divorced.
