History: Born in the west her family was never financially stable. Her childhood dream was to be a Layabout, but she was a colossal failure. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food she seems plenty friendly. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Assassin but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: Born in the north to a Assassin, Loopmottin learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Assassin hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Assassin for hire.
