History: Robert was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. Robert abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Damaia was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. A gifted student she started as a Dyer, but she got bored and became a Scribe. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
