Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty yellow coat over it. He has a black handlebar mustache and slicked back black hair. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Miller. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature halberd.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and balancing his hectic life and new miller responsibilities is difficult

Description: An imposing woman with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left hand, she wears just a red suit. Sporting a golden mohawk this woman's hair draws a lot of attention. Her fair skin shows little sign of her aristocratic breeding.

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Halfling in existence. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Nikki was born with her father's beautiful face. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion.

Description: A pudgy man standing about 3'6" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His moppish chestnut hair is in a traditional bowl cut. He has a dull look in his amber eyes.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. In his youth he was a Butcher, and wanted to be a champion fighter when he grew up. He was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives he lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. He saw the brutality and swore off his fighting aspirations, taking his younger sister on his back after seeing his parents die, and fled the country. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it

Description: She is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by her earthly robes.. She carries with her a set of quarterstaffs on her belt, each one with a amethyst on the hilt. Her hair is black and curly. Her brown eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: She is enamored with her job. She loves it. She likes the challenge and she likes helping those less fortunate than her. She is a ruthless business woman, a trait she acquired from her father.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.
