Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright yellow and pastel, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. Personality: Jocelyn hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his music career.
