History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. After a long history of fighting, Richard and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: To pay off his debts; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it

Description: This western man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. His white hair is matted, messy, and big. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Olrok hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his writing career. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A freak accident while working with his Merchant father left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and to protect his home

Description: She is of a modest build and height, but she carries herself more imposing than she is. She wears professional attire. Her golden hair, when down, is lengthy. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She hates gnolls. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She feeds upon the attention of others.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: Revenge; and she uses money and sex appeal to get what she needs
