History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the east. Through the years after Percival was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Percival's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
