History: Burgell was born the youngest of three triplets. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Burgell grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Burgell. He's also a talented Sculptor, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: To unite with his sister; and to clean up the streets
