History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his father's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered goblins who tried to eat his hand. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

History: She was born at the edge of vast plains. A freak accident while working with her Miller father left her crippled. She bought a shield and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: To prove her worth to the world; and she made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it
