He is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. With a patchy silver beard and wild silver hair. His gray eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Faran embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. In his 19th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. After a long history of fighting, Faran and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Stannor was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. John was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs.

Description: He is an attractive man, lean and moderately muscular. He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. His tied-back hair is brown. His brown eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. The war was a terrible time for him, and Chad does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
