History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. In his 14th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Sculptor.

History: Harriet was born the youngest of three triplets. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Harriet grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Harriet. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered east to less war torn lands. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Laborer for hire.
