Description: This man is tall and muscular. He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright white and black, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. His hair, while still mostly brown, has prominent grey streaks. His gray eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Osco lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Weaver they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Butcher, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and doesn't want to be a butcher and was forced into it by his family

Description: This late middle aged woman is renowned for her bright red dresses and hats and is in decent physical shape. She is bald on top and has large blonde tufts of hair around her ears. Her amber eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Portia hails from a village terrorized by brigands. She married young, but lost her spouse to brigands. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 12 years.

Motivation: She seems to be bored by most things; and sabotage a competitor

Description: This tall, slender woman wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. She has no crest. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are gold.

Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and retire the richest woman in the west

Description: He is scrawny and has patchy lavender fur. He wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. He has a hunchback. His feathered hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Kite was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: He wants revenge against gnolls; and his religion dominates his actions
