Description: She dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over her head. She is bristling with hidden weapons, mostly halberds and falchions. She is bald on top and has large red tufts of hair around her ears. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.
Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. Flattery will make her almost putty in your hands.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. She prefers to wear flannel. She keeps her golden hair in a pixie cut. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep gray.
Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.
History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Like her mother and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Mayor. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

Description: 4'9" and lanky with angular features, she is an attractive figure. She wears a grey costume with the symbols of the sun god on her torso. She wears a colorful flower in her chestnut hair. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage daughter.
History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.
Motivation: To unite with her brother; and to end her boredom

Description: She has a missing right leg. She wears green leather gloves, a green jacket, and tight pants. Her crest, while still mostly scarlet, has prominent grey streaks. She wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.
History: The child of eastern immigrants she idolized her mother. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Aasathra has worked very hard to control her curse. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the east.
Ideals: Joker, Entrepeneur. Flaws: Disease. Bonds: Immigrant. Occupation: Detective
