History: Bryseis was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. During her travels, Bryseis and her party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Bryseis discovered the rest of her party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Bryseis fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing her own horrible transformation.

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: Arannis hails from a village terrorized by orcs. Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Half-Elves became a terror of the countryside. After a long history of fighting, Arannis and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage daughter.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. She struck the Server job and began her own company from there.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Halfling people; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister
