Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. The war was a terrible time for him, and Justin does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His parents enrolled him in a Expert school at a young age so that he could practice his divine talents. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
