Description: This woman stands a little under 4'11" and is a bit bulky. She is very muscular particularly in the legs. She wears a tan costume with the symbols of the four houses of cards on her torso. Her chestnut hair is braided into rings. She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She pushes her goals aggressively. She is also a coward if confronted.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Birel has worked very hard to control her curse. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His parents enrolled him in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that he could practice his arcane talents. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Shoemaker born in the past three hundred years. He receives visions of the future at random moments

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His childhood dream was to be a Junk Dealer, but he was a colossal failure. He has achieved small success as a Shoemaker.

Motivation: He is greedy.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the north. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he wants to meet his childhood hero
