He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Balam will drive conversation. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the east. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

History: He was born in a small desert village. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he has passion for adventuring and risk
