Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. The war was a terrible time for him, and Kilvar does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Ahlyssa grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Ahlyssa. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Scribe for hire.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered singing. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.
