Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Scribe born in the past three hundred years. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Scribe but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Born in the north to a Scribe, Fivin learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has worked as a Scribe like his father before him.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Ulblyn was born with his father's beautiful face. Ulblyn was born on a far eastern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Carpenter. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and wants to work out more often

Description: He wears dark leathers with embroidery. He carries with him a set of sais on his belt, each one with a jet on the hilt. He is bald on top and has large chestnut tufts of hair around his ears. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are violet.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. Gormogord is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion.

Personality: She misses her glory days as an athlete. She does not mind her job, but it is boring in comparison. She is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. She likes to tell stories.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

Motivation: She loathes her own lifestyle; and wants to work out more often
