Personality: Prone to second guessing herself, she comes off as nervous. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of brigands may trigger it at times.

History: The child of a Map Maker, who enjoyed hunting, Portia was taken on many hunting expeditions. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and she desires to right it; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Born in the south her family was never financially stable. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: To reunite with her old friends; and she desires power and/or immortality

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He has had some formal dancing training, and achieved minor success. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally
