Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. His blonde hair is greasy and uncared for. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Personality: She is cool and collected. She likes to make quips and puns whenever she does anything. She also makes a point to compliment her superiors and flatter them. She passes on several rewards to people in need. She makes a point to leave places better than she found them.

History: Euphemia was born with her mother's beautiful face. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. She plays an instrument quite well.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Kadana was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She now mingles about in high society.
