His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. A true patriot, Rathkran would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered north to less war torn lands. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
