History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by dire rats. Faral was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the dire rats.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He struck the Gardener job and began his own company from there.

History: Vassago hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Vassago alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A deep hatred of dire rats; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge
