Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he is wearing a perfectly clean shirt and pair of pants. His hair is long and red with streaks of golden, and is pulled back with small grey clips. His beard is golden, braided, and well cared for. His eyes are a pleasant amber.

Personality: Richard is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: Richard was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Interpreter. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Chad lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.
