History: Born in the south to a Detective, Ella learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Gnomes in Ella's homeland. Ella decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. She became a Detective soon after.

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Gifted from a young age, Sarah studied abroad. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Masseuse responsibilities is difficult; and meet up once more with her childhood friend

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: To be a Bookbinder again; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
