History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Beggar arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

History: Fistula lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She worked as a nervous Tailor and found it very stressful. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Tailor for hire.

Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.
