Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Oppleby isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Gnomish unity. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He comes from a rich western family. In his 18th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Lucan grew up listening to his father's many stories. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Weaver they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Ploughman, and he later adopted a second daughter.
