Description: An older woman who wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates her frame, she is not a threatening figure. She keeps her white hair in a pixie cut. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She is mildly Elf supremacist, though she does not identify as such. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.

History: She comes from a rich northern family. Through the years after Xanaphia was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Xanaphia's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Ivellios was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Ivellios alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many gnolls want him driven away.
