History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the orcs.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family She moved out north to avoid the crime she committed. Being a Carpenter kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help

Personality: This woman loves poetry and to teach people poetry more than just about anything. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Synthrin was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: His druidic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Arannis was born on a far northern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Soapmaker. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.
