History: Eva lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her first spouse was a Junk Dealer, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. She is obsessed with her god.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Vezera was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She has dedicated herself to building a better village for her children.

Personality: He is a Marshal first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: He was born at the edge of vast forest. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: This woman is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. She prefers to wear flannel. Her rusty crest is singed and shortened. Her eyes are red and catlike.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk she knows how to make people feel guilty. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and she loathes her own lifestyle
