She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. When Ellywick reached her early adolescence her Gnome father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions.
