Description: This dark-skinned male is dressed in earthy colors with a grey and tan handkerchief worn on his right side. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. His hair is long and red with streaks of white, and is pulled back with small grey clips. His beard is white, braided, and well cared for. His eyes are a pleasant amber.
Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He disdains his fellow southerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.
History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. Morgran was born on a far southern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Mason. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He typically wears brown cloth garments or leather armor. His hair is golden and curly. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He bought a halberd and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Crown-heir and was forced into it by his family; and to reunite with his absent mother

Description: She wears white leather gloves, a white jacket, and tight pants. She has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. Her chestnut hair has been sun bleached extensively. She has amber eyes.
Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. She is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of her. She is by nature obliging.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Tawar grew up listening to her father's many stories. A freak accident while working with her Crown-heir father left her crippled. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: Further expansion of business; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg

Description: A woman with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. She tends to wear a grey poncho over her likewise colored trousers and shirt. Her brown hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: Ilde wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Commoner, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.
History: Ilde was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. Like her mother and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Marshal. She has dedicated herself to building a better world.
Motivation: Expand her business; and further expansion of business
