Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm mother. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She will do just about anything if she becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this she is easily convinced.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Marastyr is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her mother. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Dwarves in the north were limited. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His childhood dream was to be a Adventurer, but he was a colossal failure. He has taken up work as a Stylist and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.

Motivation: To protect his home; and he is unsatisfied with his job
