History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by brigands. Brakka was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the brigands.

Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, River is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Animal Trainer arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town.
