History: Nelkin was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. Nelkin liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: Matilda lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. While she appears to be a normal Human, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Trail fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: She is enamored with her job. She loves it. She likes the challenge and she likes helping those less fortunate than her. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.

History: Shamil was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. Her father was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She's also a talented Sculptor, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
