Personality: She is cool and collected. She likes to make quips and puns whenever she does anything. She also makes a point to compliment her superiors and flatter them. She uses her nature as a weapon; she likes to lead opponents to think her in distress.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Shanairla took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up hand crossbow and armor she uses now. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

History: She got into the Shepherd business at a young age. While she appears to be a normal Half-Orc, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister; and an old rival family wants her found

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. While he appears to be a normal Gnome, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: Here is a woman who knows she is the smartest in the room. She talks down to others constantly. She also has developed a complete distrust of the Bricklayer profession.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Sage for the past few years.

Motivation: She feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world; and to be a bricklayer again
