Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'3" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His eyes are likewise hazel. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Varis embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of illithids may trigger it at times.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Through the years after Varis was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Varis's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 14 years.

Motivation: A deep hatred of illithids; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: 6'5" and muscular, this eastern man wears long strands of aquamarine and short black dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. His crest, while still mostly scarlet, has prominent grey streaks. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: He was born into a rich family. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Money/treasure.

Description: He is renowned for his bright grey suits and hats. He has wavy red hair. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Expand his business; and balancing his hectic life and new navigator responsibilities is difficult

Voice: Jittery and nervous

Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He is dressed in an above average manner. He has dyed his greying brown hair a little too much giving a sharp brown color. His violet eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He is someone who is used to having a large amount of sex appeal. He also lacks a concept of privacy and shares just about everything. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and his religion dominates his actions
