His gray eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Performer. After a long history of fighting, Hûmgrat and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Stylist. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: He comes from a rich western family. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He's also a talented Scribe, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. After a long history of fighting, Emerald and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and to protect his home
