Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: Gifted from a young age, Pelaios studied abroad. After coming to the age of reason, Pelaios took it upon himself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
