History: Damakos was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Sage hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: She is greedy; and she has money and likes to spend it

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
