Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories he has discovered

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and to share knowledge with the world

Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Bather. He tends to his Bather job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and his religion dominates his actions

Description: He wears just a green suit. He is portly but not overly obese. His hair is dark red and curly. His ears are large.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. The war was a terrible time for him, and Cressel does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Cressel grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Cressel. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day
