History: Artin was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Dwarven companion (her 'brother'). She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature quarterstaff.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Dragonborn activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Dragonborn doctor. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day
