History: Born in the south to a Server, Salasar learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.
