History: Volen was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. Her first spouse was a Roofer, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent father; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. Dentratha is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. A gifted student she started as a Weaver, but she got bored and became a Bookbinder. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 13 years.

Motivation: Marry her sister to traveling adventurers; and she has money and likes to spend it
