Description: Standing 5'10", this woman wears baggy brown pantaloons and a black scarf. Her hair is long and golden with streaks of white, and is pulled back with small brown clips. She tend to wears goggles to shield her eyes.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, she has a hard time making friends. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. Through the years after Heather was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Heather's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Barrister. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Mayor responsibilities is difficult; and expand her business

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: He's in love; and he is unsatisfied with his job
